White sausage is immediately associated with Easter, but also with aromatic horseradish. It is indeed an excellent addition to a delicate, brewed sausage. So tasty that it is sin to reach for it only once a year. Sausage in horseradish sauce can to become, for example, a base for a nutritious saladwhich will successfully replace lunch or dinner. Just add slices of cooked potatoes to it.
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of white, brewed ham sausage,
- 4-5 potatoes,
- a small bunch of fresh dill,
- 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt,
- 3 teaspoons of horseradish,
- a tablespoon of olive oil,
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice,
- a pinch of sugar,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
Cook the potatoes in uniforms in lightly salted water. Set aside to cool.
Peel the sausage from the casings. Cut into fairly thin slices.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or semi -slices – depending on the size of the potatoes (slices of potatoes should be more or less the size as slices of sausage).
Chop the dill finely. Combine in a bowl with slices of sausage and potatoes.
In a separate dish, mix yogurt, horseradish, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Transfer the sauce to a bowl with a salad and mix gently.
