VOEPASS: Passenger knew of social network suspension on the way to the flight

Procon-SP has notified VOEPASS to perform the appropriate clarifications to impaired passengers about suspension and solutions to the problem. The consumer protection agency sent inspectors to Congonhas to accompany face -to -face care.

Six inspectors made rounds through the terminal and supervised calls, photographing them and recording. According to reports to CNNthere were no relevant complications.

PROCON NOTIFY VOEPASS

Procon has asked Voepass to notify how the suspension of scheduled flights was reported for this Tuesday. LATAM was also notified due to commercial agreement between the two companies. Voepass flights can be marketed by means of the two airlines and travel agencies.

According to Procon, the duty to inform passengers on flight changes and cancellations will be the company responsible for commercializing tickets.

In addition, the agency explains that companies had to inform the flight situation, and the alternatives provided for in the legislation, such as:

  • re -regular on another flight of the same airline or even from another company
  • execution of the service to the same destination by modality as road road, for example
  • and reimbursement of the amount paid in full

In a statement, ANAC reported that the decision is due to violations under the safety conditions established by the agency.

Also according to the publication, the suspension is precautionary, and will be valid until the “correction of nonconformities related to the company’s management systems provided for in the regulation”.
