Championship wraps with chicken. At the party they will work great

Chicken wraps are very simple because you will use them for them ready puff pastry. It will go to its center Aromatic stuffing, prepared on the basis of onions, mushrooms and chicken. Thanks to properly selected spices, the snack will get even more taste. Such an appetizer, with the addition of e.g. garlic dip, can be served for a warm dinner, and in the cold it will be an ideal party snack.

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry sheet,
  • 600 g of chicken breast fillet,
  • 200 g of mushrooms,
  • Little onion,
  • 150 g mozzarelli,
  • 2 teaspoons of chicken spices,
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
  • salt, pepper (to taste),
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil,
  • clarified butter (for frying),
  • egg,
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.

Method of performance:

Clean chicken fillets. Cut the meat into small pieces and put in a bowl. Sprinkle with chicken spice or other mixture you like (e.g. kebab-gyros). Add olive oil to a chicken bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside for half an hour.

Peel and chop the onion. Give on a small amount of clarified butter. Remove from the pan.

Rinse the mushrooms, dry and cut quite finely. Add a little butter to the pan and fry the mushrooms for a while. At the end, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Combine with onions.

Transfer to the chicken pan. Fry for a short moment – the meat is to be browned, but it should remain semi -curfew. Combine them with onions and mushrooms. Mix Set aside to cool.

Grate the cheese on a thick grater. Mix it with a cooled stuffing.

Expand a puff pastry sheet. Spread the stuffing on it evenly, leaving a free margin along the long side. Roll the dough a tight roulade, ending with the margin. Brush the roll with a broken egg.

Cut the roulade into slices 1.5-2 cm thick. Put the oven baking tray with baking paper and place the chicken wraps on it at some intervals from each other.

Put the baking tray into the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake wraps for about 25 minutes. Serve decorated with chopped parsley.
