Dubai chocolate arrived at Lindt Portugal.
Lindt stores in Portugal put the chocolate Dubai Style for sale this week, and the demand was such that it sold out in a few minutes, in some of the brand’s spaces.
Dubai’s chocolate arrived at the Lindt store at Colombo Shopping Center in Lisbon, this Monday, March 10, and sold out in 40 minutes.
“It has been crazy”says one of the store employees in statements, noting that the chocolates “sold out at 10:40” after the store opened at 10 am.
You can still find some units in the various Lindt stores in Portugal, which has been replacing the product against high demand.
But it is being difficult to respond to all this fervor around a product that has become viral on social networksafter being promoted by several influencers.
In addition to Colombo Shopping Center, you can try to buy the product at the Lindt Portugal store at FREEPORT LISBON. In Porto, the brand has stores in Northeshopping Shopping Center in Matosinhos, and in Vila do Conde Outlet.
However, Dubai Style chocolate should reach hypermarkets in the coming days, at a cost of the order of 9,99 euros.
But what’s special about Dubai’s chocolate?
Lindt Portugal explains that Dubai Style chocolate is “an irresistible combination of lindt milk chocolate with a creamy pistacio filling, crispy pieces of almond and pistatusand the Special Touch of Kadayif for a unique texture ”.
Kadayif is a traditional dessert which is very popular in several countries of the Middle East. It is made of a thin and crispy mass called “Gaddaif” or “Kataii”, which is similar to hairor thread of soft eggs, and which is stuffed with nuts, almonds, pistons and other dry fruits.
Dubai’s chocolate is like this especially crispy.
But all the “madness” around the product is not only due to its irresistible taste. It is also a result of the fact that it has become a phenomenon on social networksnamely at Tiktok, leading more and more people to want to try the product.
Dubai’s chocolate is a creation of FIX FIX DESTT CHOCOLATIER BRANDcreated by British businesswoman Sarah Hamouda38, who lives in that emirate of the United Arab Emirates.
In 2024, Sarah said that more than a chocolate, wanted “Create an experience”. Hence the bet on vibrant colors adorning the chocolates of your brand.
The demand for the product has been such a madness that in some countries, there is already “a Black Chocolate Market“As reported to CNN last year, stressing that the bars reach exorbitant prices.
