Former Minister of, Flavio Bierrenbach handed over to the Attorney General, Paulo Gonet, a representation asking the complaint against the former president for a coup plot to receive an addendum to include a military crime.
Bierrenbach presented the criminal news personally to Gonet on a meeting on Wednesday (12) in Brasilia.
He argues that Bolsonaro committed an incitement crime to indiscipline, provided for in article 155 of the Military Penal Code, which provides for a two-year imprisonment, as well as loss of rank and patent-the former president is a retired army captain.
“The duty of the military is to defend the Constitution and not rise the uniform with coup plot,” says the representation of the former minister. According to him, Gonet said he would analyze the suggestion.
