Some time ago there was a fashion for SERNIK Cream Brûlée. There were a lot of recipes for classic cottage cheese on the network topped with a layer of French dessert. In practice, it was a cheesecake with the addition of caramel, not a cake with the taste of this specialty, similar to traditional cheesecake. If these are your expectations for Crème Brûlée cheesecake, be interested in the recipe for popular in Anglo -Saxon countries pudding cake (pudding cake). Prepare a cookie bottom as for cheesecake. Although you will not add a gram of cheese to the mass, after baking, the creamy layer will resemble a traditional cottage cheese cake. So it can be said that the dessert is Cream burned O Formie SERNIKA.
Ingredients:
Ingredients for the bottom:
- 150 g of biscuits, e.g. (Petit Beurre),
- 70 g butter.
Cake ingredients:
- 200 g cukru,
- 4 eggs,
- 125 g butter,
- 160 g of wheat flour,
- 500 ml of milk (3.2%),
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- A pinch of salt.
Method of performance:
Crush biscuit in a blender. Combine with liquid butter. Put the bottom of the oxidized and flour -drew form with dimensions of 20 x 20 cm.
Melt butter. Slightly heat the milk. Gover the eggs to room temperature. Separate the protein from the yolks.
Grate the yolks with sugar to a light and fluffy mass. Add melted (cooled) butter and vanilla extract. Continue mixing to combine ingredients.
Gradually sift the flour to the yolk mass, mixing until a smooth consistency. Without interrupting mixing, slowly pour in summer milk. You will get a smooth, rare dough.
In a separate bowl, beat the proteins with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam. Gently, mix it into the dough in batches.
Pour the dough into the mold. Put in the oven preheated to 160 ° C. Bake for about an hour – until the top is golden brown and the dough will concentrate (the agent should remain semi -liquid – vibrate when moving the form). Leave to cool completely.
