Simple baked goods are often the best – an example of this is it chocolate almond cake. You won’t work with him, and everyone will eat coffee and tea. It is also a very good recipe when you are looking for a dessert base – For example, you can improvise with this cake, decorating with cream and your favorite fruit.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of blanched almonds,
- 90 g of wheat flour,
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa,
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 150 ml of milk,
- 200 g of dark chocolate,
- 75 g of butter,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 3 eggs,
- 75 g of brown sugar,
- 35 ml of cream (30%),
- icing sugar.
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda into a bowl. Grind almonds into powder and mix into loose products.
Pour milk into a saucepan. Heat and melt 150 g of crushed chocolate and butter. Mix to a smooth sauce. Set aside to cool. Mix vanilla extract into the sauce.
Give the eggs (heated to room temperature) with sugar to a light, fluffy mass. Without interrupting grinding, slowly pour the cooled chocolate sauce into the mass. Turn off the mixer. In batches, add loose products to the mass. Mix gently with a spatula – only to combine the ingredients.
Pour the dough into a greased, baking paper with a diameter of 20 cm. Put in the oven preheated to 175 ° C. Bake for about 30 minutes – to the so -called dry stick. Take the dough out of the oven and leave it to cool.
Melt the rest of the chocolate in a saucepan with the addition of cream. Mix to a uniform sauce. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar and decorate with a liquid sauce. Set aside for half an hour in a cool place to make the sauce concentrate.
