The first class of the (Supreme Federal Court) decided on Friday (14), unanimously, to maintain the arrest of the former minister and general under the scammer plot of 2022.
The rapporteur of the case is the minister. He was accompanied by ministers Flávio Dino, Cristiano Zanin, Cármen Lúcia and Luiz Fux. The trial began last week.
