Forbidden names in Poland. You won’t call the child like that
Choosing a name for a child is a matter that concerns future parents and often thinks of them with eyelids. Some focus on traditional names, others prefer short, and there are also parents who will like foreign names. In Poland, there are strictly defined rules for giving names to children and even arose. First of all, the law does not allow names from common words or geographical names. What’s more, it cannot be offensive for a child and should keep Polish spelling. You cannot give your child more than two names written separately. Parents certainly cannot count on the fact that the official will register their name to their child, who will be a diminutive or will not clearly indicate the sex of the baby.
Catholics should not choose such names for a boy

- The primitive – originally “Primitivus” meant the first -born or first son.
