Sometimes we just want to eat something more sophisticated for dinner. It also happens that we are preparing to accept guests, so the unique item in the menu is almost obligatory – and that’s when the idea for dinner exactly like this is perfect.
Directors They are delicious, and they look very good. Serve with puree or baked potatoes. Do not forget about vegetables – each salad will blend in well in this case.
You need to prepare this recipe:
- 8 chicken legs without bone and cartilage,
- 8 slices of smoked bacon,
- 100 g of mushrooms,
- 2 onions,
- 2 canned cucumbers,
- 100 g of cheese,
- half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
- half a teaspoon of thyme,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- 2 tablespoons of frying butter.
Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the onions finely.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add mushrooms and fry on medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Cut cucumbers cut into thin stripsand grate the cheese on a thick grater.
Wash and dry the chicken legs. Gently break them with a pestle to make them thinner and more flexible for rolling. Season on both sides with salt, pepper and sweet pepper.
On each broken thigh, spread a portion of fried mushrooms with onions. Add a few pieces of canned cucumber and a bit of grated cheese. Collapse the meat tightly into the roll, trying so that the stuffing does not fall out. Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon and protect optionally with a toothpick so that it does not develop.
In a frying pan where onions with mushrooms fried, Fry the rolls on each side until golden brown. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Put in the oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 25-30 minutesuntil the meat is juicy and the bacon is crunchy.
