Until March 31, 2025, applications for the Harability Conditions Support Program (PAHAB) and the Interior Gardens Recovery Support Program (Parjpi) are These supports are intended for interventions in buildings located in the areas of Urban Rehabilitation (ARU) of Silves, São Bartolomeu de Messines, Alcantarilha, Altez, São Marcos da Serra, Pêra and Tunes.

PAHAB aims to improve the housing conditions of buildings in these areas, making them more attractive for housing purposes and contributing to the increase in housing supply in urban centers. The municipal reimbursement fixes 20% of the maximum value of the eligible expense, as defined in Regulation No. 614/2024, of 31 May.
PARJPI is specifically intended for the appreciation of private green spaces located in Aruu de Silves, promoting the recovery of gardens and interiors. The support of the municipality is also fixed in 20% of the value of the works carried out, with a maximum limit per intervention.
The Arus covered by these programs integrate the territory of the Algarvensis Geopark, aligning with their principles of territorial valorization and patrimonial preservation. In addition, programs follow Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to SDG 7 (renewable and affordable energy), ODS 10 (Reduction of Inequalities) and SDG 11 (sustainable cities and communities).
