Union charges that Petrobras negotiates a hybrid work regime with rules defined in collective agreement
A (Single Federation of Oilsters) called on Thursday (13.mar.2025) Petrobras workers for a 24 -hour warning strike on March 26. State officials want a change in the home office scale and improvements in labor conditions.

Change in Telework
The Petrobras board reported on January 9 that it intended to increase, in the coming months, from 2 to 3 the presential days of employees in teleworking, except PCDs (people with disabilities) and parents of PCDs. Therefore, the days at home office would go from 3 to 2. Unions against the measure.

“The Deliberative Council of the Single Federation of Oilsters (FUP), gathered on Wednesday, 12, decided to call a warning strike in defense of improving working conditions and respecting collective bargaining. The convening of the national stoppage, which will be held for 24 hours on the 26th, will be submitted to the approval of the category.
“The agenda of claims includes the defense of teleworking with collectively traded rule, opposition to the reduction of workers’ variable remuneration, the recomposition of the staff, the guarantee of safety throughout the Petrobras system, in service providers and during the period of maintenance and entry into operation of the nitrogen fertilizer factory of Paraná (FAFEN-PR), the end of the company’s abusive discounts (abusive discounts in the company paycheck of assets, retirees and pensioners) and the creation of a plan of positions and fair and isonomic wages.
