Sidônio talks about winning 2025 and charging unified communication – 14/03/2025 – Power

In a closed meeting with government advisers () this Friday (14), the minister (Secretariat of Social Communication) presented a new slogan, charged organization and unification of communication and said that he does not think of the election of 2026, as he needs to win 2025 for the president.

He also announced the holding of an event attended by Lula and Ministers on April 2 to present a balance of deliveries of two years of management.

According to him, the meeting, which will take place at the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center in Brasilia, will have “Brazil turning around” as a motto. It will not replace the current government slogan, “union and reconstruction”, which, however, has its reformulation studied by Secom.

The event is one of the government’s footsteps to try to shed light on what its representatives see as management points and management and also reverse that of the president. In this sense, Sidônio said in his presentation that he is not thinking about the reelection dispute in 2026 and that he needs to succeed in showing the government’s achievements in 2025, according to reports obtained by Sheet.

Sidônio tried to establish guidelines to organize, standardize and unify government communication in his speech. He asked everyone in the government to memorize management brands and programs and continually repeat them in public.

He cited the drop in unemployment rate, the reduction in the number of people who are hungry, the expansion of Mais Médicos and the Popular Pharmacy, the creation of the Pé-Degenia Program and the crop plan as examples that need to be “on the tip of the language” of all management participants. In February, under the guidance of Sidonian, Lula made one over the foot and the popular pharmacy with no news, just explaining the programs and presenting their benefits.

In his presentation this Friday, Sidonio argued that it is the time to consolidate marks, not “kilo food” – that is, a mixture of various types of food that then confused in memory.

He said that government communication needs to be more centered on services than in advertisements and should happen segmentedly, citing as an example the MEIs (individual microentrepreneurs), with which it is possible to talk about credit, pronampe, national simple, among other topics.

Sidônio also presented protocols that explain step by step to communication professionals how should the announcement, execution and deliveries of the works, with details such as “impact analysis”, “inspect works”, “disseminate the actions regionally”, “tell real stories”, “enhance networks”, among others.

He announced that the government intends to use a new model of works execution signs. The layout presented this Friday gives much more prominence to government brands and contains the message “Here has work of the federal government.” The space with information about the work becomes much smaller comparatively.

In collecting the unification of the message, Sidonius said he was annoyed by folders that do not include communication in the process and that he will talk to the ministers to change. He also called for care with what he called the “Republic of Off”, that is, communication without identification with journalists, because, according to him, these conversations have harmed the government through the dissemination of incomplete information and that impair the transmission of the message intended by the current management.

Sidônio also stated that it is possible to make use of memes on social networks, because Brazilians like the format, but that the pages of ministries cannot only become that. According to him, memes can be explored, but with caution.
