Cake ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 150 g of fine sugar,
- 70 ml of sunflower oil,
- 250 ml of natural yogurt,
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar,
- 320 g of wheat flour,
- 1½ teaspoon of baking powder,
- 100 g milk chocolate.
Ingredients for cocoa mass:
- 30o g butter,
- 180 g cukru,
- 180 ml of milk,
- 5 tablespoons of bitter cocoa,
- 350 g of milk powder,
- Coconut flakes (for decoration).
Prepare the ingredients for the dough. Gover the yogurt and eggs to room temperature.
Grate eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar for a fluffy mass.
Without interrupting grinding, Combine egg mass with oil, and then in batches add yogurt. Sift flour and baking powder to the mass. Mix to combine the ingredients. Chop the chocolate. Stir in her pieces in the dough.
Grease and sprinkle with a breadcrumbs with a diameter cake tin 26 cm. Pour the dough into it. Put in the oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for about 45 minutes (to a dry stick). When the dough cools down, cut it into two tops.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar, milk and cocoa to it. Mix Heat on a slow fire until the ingredients combine and the sugar is completely dissolved.
Cool the contents of the saucepan. Add milk powder and mix – until a homogeneous mass. Place one cake top in a cake tin where you are baking. Spread half the chocolate mass on it. Cover with a second top and spread the remaining chocolate mass on it. Align. Decorate with coconut flakes. Put in the fridge for a few hours.
