Brazilians were able to observe at dawn on Friday (14) a eclipse lunar total that made the sky painted with a reddish light – Phenomenon called Blood Moon.
We will not have any more this year, but two phenomena are expected to occur later this year. See below the agenda.
Two partial solar eclipses will occur in 2025. This type happens when the moon moves between the sun and the earth without being perfectly aligned, causing the moon to partially obscure the sun and form a growing shape.
See which solar eclipses will still happen in 2025
- March 29 – Partially visible in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, the Atlantic Ocean and the Arctic Ocean;
- September 21 – Partially visible in Australia, Antarctica, the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean.
