The name is not accidental here – Craft cutlets This is a real feast for the palate. Their secret is above all a solid portion of yellow cheese, which under the influence of high temperature pulls wonderfully and makes every bite is like a culinary feast.

Preparing this recipe is very simple and fast, perfect even every day.

Chops:

  • 500 g of minced pork-of meat,
  • 150 g of cheese,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 egg,
  • half a teaspoon of marjoram,
  • half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
  • Salt and pepper,
  • Rapeseed oil for frying.

Breading:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
  • 50 g breadcrumbs.

Peel and chop the onion finely. Fry the onion in a small amount of oil in the frying pan, and then set aside to cool. Place minced meat in a large bowl, add fried onion, egg, marjoram and ground sweet pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Knee the mass with your hands for a few minutes.

Cut the cheese into cubes about 1.5 cm in size. Form small pancakes from the prepared meat mass. Place a piece of cheese in the middle, then thoroughly gut the edges, forming oval cutlets.

Got the eggs on one platter, and pour the breadcrumbs and grated parmesan into the other, and then mix.

Coat each cutlet in the egg, and then in a mixture of breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese. Heat the oil on medium heat in a frying pan. Fry the chops until golden brown for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they are crunchy outside and well fried inside.
