The TJDFT (Court of Justice of the Federal District and the Territories) suspended the appointment of delegates of those who do not integrate the party census released by the State Executive of Bahia.
The decision, issued on Tuesday (11), is a defeat to the group of former senator Heloisa Helena, who, according to the opposing ward, headed by Minister Marina Silva, performed mass affiliations without listening to the state direction and with violation of party rules.
“The decision recognized exactly what the Statute of the Sustainability Network Party provides. And it gives the State Link’s exclusive competence, making the census, which is the list of affiliates fit for voting,” said Bahia’s lawyer, Eduardo Café.
The party’s National Congress, scheduled for April 11, 12 and 13, will decide which group will take over the party direction through the vows of the delegates of all states of Brazil.
In the decision, Judge Renato Rodovalho Scussel determines that these delegates are suspended to participate in “meetings, events or in the VI plenary of the National Congress of the Sustainability Network, until further collegiate decision”.
The party has been experiencing an internal crisis for years between the groups led by former alleys Marina Silva and Heloisa, with exchanges of accusations and war of lawsuits for the occupation of spaces and distribution of financial resources.
