The PT called the House Ethics Council on Friday, 14, to request the cancellation of Deputy Gustavo Gayer (PL-GO) for the comments of the parliamentary about the Minister of Institutional Relations, Gleisi Hoffmann (PT). The request needs to be sent by the board of directors of the house to the board.
According to the representation, Gayer used social networks in a “uncontrolled and insane” way to “promote various attacks and uncovered offenses, seasoned with aggressive and jocous statements”. Asked about the request, the deputy said he was “quiet” and that he finds difficult representation to reach the board.
The parliamentarian published an insinuation that Senate President David Alcolumbre (União Brasil-AP) would form a “Talsal” with Gleisi and his husband, Deputy Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ), petista’s boyfriend. For the acronym, Gayer tried to “purposely misrepresent President Lula’s political speech”.

The petista said last Wednesday, that he put a “beautiful woman” in the political articulation because he wants to have a good relationship with alcohubre and the mayor, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB).
Gayer’s publications, according to the PT, express the “unmistakable end of offending the honor” of alcohubre, Lindbergh and Gleisi, “in total dissentonia with the expected conduct of a minimally balanced parliamentarian and oriented in their functional duties”.
In representation, the party states that the deputy “reduces Gleisi’s condition and magnitude” “as an object of public offering in sexualized condition” and frames motta and alcohumbre as “gangster”. In one of the publications, Gayer suggests that President Lula offered the minister “how a pimp offers his employee in a gang negotiation.”

“Clearly there is no exercise in the free manifestation of thought, simply joking random posts. The conduct described here are abominable aggressions to the honor of representatives of the powers of the Brazilian State, in the various instances representing the powers, as well as a vigorous pejorative and misogynist manifestation to try to disqualify the identity, political history of struggle and unquestionable contribution of a valuable and honorable woman, ”says the party.
The PT should also file a lawsuit against gayer. According to the advisory of Lindbergh, leader of the PT bench in the House, the criminal action is in production.
