Bahia announced Puma as the club’s new sports supplier, following the trend of City Football Group clubs, owner of the Steel Tricolor SAF. The announcement raised some questions in the fans, many of them Palmeirenses, due to the then exclusivity of Puma with Alviverde, provided for in contract.

Is there exclusivity between Palmeiras and Puma?
There was this exclusivity clause between Palmeiras and Puma before the renewal of the parties’ contract, which happened in July 2024. From this date, the brand is no longer exclusive to alviverde on Brazilian soil.
So much so that Red Bull Bragantino started using parts of the company of sports equipment this season. Therefore, in Brazil, Palmeiras, Red Bull Bragantino and Bahia are from Puma. There are some restrictions of hit with some teams, which have not been revealed.

How are the new uniforms of Bahia with Puma?
The pieces have not yet been revealed. The launch will take place on March 28, at an event at Trapiche Barnabas, in Salvador.
In addition to Bahia, Manchester City (Ing), Melbourne City (AUS), Lommel SK (Bel), Girona FC (ESP), Mumbai City FC (IND), Montevideo (URU), Palermo FC (ITA) and Bolívar (BOL), all from City, also use Puma.
