  • 120 g of longitudinal biscuits;
  • 500 ml of boiling water;
  • 2 lemon jellies;
  • 1 kg of roasted apples;
  • 500 ml cream 36 percent;
  • 300 g mascarpone;
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

We can also roast raw apples ourselves. Just cut them into cubes, throw them into the pot, cover with sugar and cook until soft and the water evaporates from them. We also recommend adding lemon juice to the fruit. It is necessary to cool them down.

To make an apple pie without baking, we first put biscuits on a cake tin lined with baking paper. Then pour the jelly into a bowl, pour boiling water and mix until dissolved.

When the jellies cool, mix them with roasted apples and set aside to concentration. We need to make sure that the jelly has solidified – otherwise it will soak into the bottom of the dough. Pour the concentrated mass on biscuits And put the form in the fridge.
