Kinder cupcakes are of course a reference to a known sweet snack. Both children and adults eat it. In this dessert, the main role is played by cream, or rather two creams, based on cream, chocolates, nuts, vanilla and mascarpone. With such a sweet filling, the cupcakes must remain neutral in taste – only nuts and some vanilla go to the dough. Baking will work great during your children’s birthday, at family parties or as an Easter table decoration.

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml of cream, cream,
  • 250 g Serka Mascarpone,
  • 60 g of milk chocolate,
  • 40 g of peanut butter,
  • 100 g of white chocolate,
  • vanilla chick,
  • 250 g of wheat flour,
  • 50 g of crazy hazelnuts,
  • 120 g of fine sugar,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 250 g of natural yogurt,
  • 100 g of butter,
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Method of performance:

Divide the cream into two equal parts – into two dishes. Add crushed white chocolate to one and dissolve on low heat. Add milk chocolate and peanut butter to the second – also dissolve. Mix each mixture separately so that it combines into a uniform sauce. Cool and put both for at least a few hours in the fridge (preferably overnight).

Scrape the grain from the vanilla pod. Grind nuts for powder (e.g. in a blender). Put a few nuts for decoration.

Place eggs, sugar, liquid (but not hot) butter and yogurt in a bowl. Mix to combine the ingredients (with a mixer – briefly, at low speed – or kitchen rod). Sift flour and baking powder to the resulting mass. Mix again to combine the ingredients. Stir in a mass of nuts and half of vanilla grains. Transfer the dough into the form in 12 muffins (muffins) lined with curlers. Put in the oven preheated to 175 ° C. Bake for about 25 minutes (to a dry stick). Set aside to cool the muffins.

Divide the heavily chilled mascarpone cheese in half. Blend each of the halves with one of the portions of previously prepared sauces – so that a thick but light cream is formed (half -chocolate, add vanilla grains).

Transfer both creams to the spokes with a starry tip – you can apply everyone in turn or connect them without mixing them with each other. Decorate the cupcakes with cream and finely chopped nuts.
