The 30-year-old Edson Carlos Lima da Silva, known as the “Specialist” or “Ghost”, and Bruno da Cunha Araújo, 23, both monitored by an electronic anklet, were arrested for illegal possession of firearms on Saturday afternoon (15) at the Pica-Pau branch, in the Amapá region, in Rio Branco.

According to information from the 2nd Battalion Tactical Military Police, the garrison was routinely patrolling the region when he received the complaint from a resident, who declined to be identified for fear of reprisals. The complainant reported that, in the branch of the woodpecker, the factories “Danielzinho”, “expert” or “ghost”, a minor identified by the vulgar “RD” and Bruno were invading homes to install the Red Command faction. For this, they had already expelled at least four families and appropriate from the houses and assets of the victims.
In possession of the complaint, the tactical military was quickly to the indicated site and found Edson walking on public roads, with a suspicious volume under his shirt, at the waist.
Realizing that he would be approached, he fled, jumped around a residence and crossed the property, throwing a 9mm caliber firearm with 15 intact ammunition in a forest area. Then he ran into the house.

At the scene, the military seized a siege, entered the residence and found Bruno, who also carried a 9mm caliber firearm, with 12 ammunition intact. During the approach, the police searched Edson and found 46 cocaine bundles, 37 crack stones and a sum of money, highlighting drug trafficking.
Given the facts, Edson and Bruno, who already have tickets for illegal possession of firearms, participation in criminal organization and drug trafficking, were sent to the Flagrant Police Station (Defla).
