Member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic and head of the Parliamentary Committee on Incompatibility of Functions Veronika Remišová (Slovakia, for people, CH) claims that she has never expressed or informed about family members of opposition or coalition deputies. This was stated in response to the Minister of Defense and Deputy Prime Minister Robert Kalinak (Smer-SD). The ownership of the property was published by Kalinak. “Robert Kaliňák posted the property of the property himself, just forgot to say that he had concealed him in the property declaration,” declared. At the same time, the Minister admitted that he intentionally violated the constitutional law. “When we say that Kalinak should resign, it is not because he owns a villa in Croatia, but because he consciously and deliberately, in his own words, violated the constitutional law,” added. He is convinced that he has concealed the villa so that people do not know what society is in Croatia.
Igor Matovič’s leader of Slovakia at a press conference on Sunday informed that The opposition continues to collect signatures to dismiss Kalinak. He claims that together with the SaS they should have 27 signatures so far. Remišová also confirmed that the Committee for Incompatibility of Functions will take place and If it can open it, the matter with the action of the Minister of Defense is discussed.
Kaliňák repeated in Sunday’s discussion session that Remišová misused the function and information about the villa in Croatia should not say. According to him, she broke the fact that family members of politicians should have made property declarations, only politicians open.
