Vegetarian casserole with a large portion of vegetables, cheese and pasta lasagne to A great idea for a quick and easy dinner for the whole family. You don’t have to process meat with it, which significantly reduces the time spent in the kitchen. The combination of hearts of artichokes, olives and mushrooms is not so often found, and will delight every palate. Due to the large portion of spices, the dish also comes out very aromatic – it does not lack the taste and it does not get bored quickly. Prepare a vegetarian casserole for a lunch, and certainly the family will be impressed.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of pasta lasagne,
  • 200 g of mushrooms,
  • 200 ml of tomato passage,
  • 150 g of artichoke hearts,
  • 100 ml of vegetable broth,
  • 100 g evening mozzarella,
  • 50 g black owell,
  • 1/2 onion,
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato concentrate,
  • a tablespoon of olive oil,
  • a spoon of butter,
  • 2 teaspoons of basil,
  • a teaspoon of oregano,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

Method of performance:

Peel onions, mushrooms and garlic. Cut the onions and mushrooms into slices and chop the garlic finely. Cut the olives into thin rings.

Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Add onions and mushrooms, then fry the whole for about 5-7 minutes, until the ingredients are tender.

Add garlic, then tomato passata, concentrate, broth and spices. Stir and boil.

Add chopped artichokes and olives. Mix and keep the whole on fire for up to two minutes. The sauce should be quite rare.

In a heat -resistant dish, spread a thin layer of sauce. Then put lasagne pasta with flakes, cover with a thin layer of sauce again and put the second layer of pasta. Spread the remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Put the dish in the oven set to 200 degrees Celsius and bake under cover for about 15 minutes. Then remove the lid or aluminum foil and brown the vegetarian casserole for the next 5-10 minutes.

Take the dish out of the oven and set aside for 5 minutes. Serve warm. Store the remains in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days. Heat in the oven or microwave.
