The arrest is temporary, for 5 days, and can be decreed for the same period, and determined by the 2nd Criminal Court of Porto Velho in accusations of theft and criminal association, “because it is essential to investigations of the police investigation,” says the decision signed by Judge Edvino Needvski, last Wednesday (12).
The next day, agents tried to arrest the accused, but he was not found and so the police released data from the fugitive.
