The Office of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (ÚGKK) of the Slovak Republic renewed electronic services for banks and notarial authorities on Monday. Thus, financial institutions and notaries can work online with the current data cadastral data. Informed by PR manager ÚGKK Marek Bezák.

The Office recalled that updated real estate information is already provided on the portal for browsing the data cadastral data (Cica), including the letters of ownership with seals and burdens with a 24-hour update on the last working day. According to ÚGKK, the number of personal visits to the cadastral departments of district authorities should be significantly reduced after the restoration of these servicessince a significant part of the necessary agenda is again available online.
ÚGKK stressed that he was working intensively to access other functionalities. “We realize that after an extraordinary security incident, the original infrastructure cannot be fully put into operation. It requires reinstallation of systems, control, or deployment of alternative solutions and gradual building of a new, safer architecture, “ Gocnikova said. She added that this process is more time consuming, so they ask the public for understanding and patience.
The Office will inform the public about the planned launch dates of the remaining functionalities through the official communication channels of the ÚGKK. In the near future, the Office plans to introduce a roadmap with more specific starting service data.
