Muffins with cheese and bacon This is one of the many possible variants of the preparation of dry muffins. Experiment, replacing the listed additions with baked vegetables, mushrooms fried in butter, spinach or smoked fish.

Ingredients:
- 100 g of smoked, raw bacon,
- 100 g of hard yellow cheese,
- a small bunch of parsley,
- 200 g of wheat flour,
- 2 eggs,
- 125 ml of milk,
- 80 ml of vegetable oil,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- Freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Finely chop parsley. Stop the cheese on a large grater. Finely cut the bacon and fry in a dry frying pan. Cool
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add salt. Mix loose ingredients. In a separate dish, mix the eggs, milk and oil briefly. Add loose products in batches, stirring with a spatula (to combine the ingredients).
Mix cheese and parsley into the cake. Season to taste with pepper. Put the form in 6 muffins with curlers. Pour the dough into the mold, filling the curlers about ¾ of the height.
Insert in a preheated oven to the oven 180°C. Bake muffins for about 20-25 minutes (to a dry stick). Serve hot or at room temperature.
