Alô Serasa Service operates until Saturday (22.mar), offering debt discharge with facilities
It began, this 3rd (18.mar.2025), to a telephone debt negotiation service, available until Saturday (22.mar.2025). Hello Serasa operates nationally from 9am to 8pm, offering consumers a chance to pay back accounts.
The service can be accessed for free at 0800 591 5161. In it, professionals provide information and guide consumers in the negotiation process. In the previous edition, Ceará recorded 6,900 calls, corresponding to 15.5% of the national total.
The benefits for those who choose telephone negotiation include discounts of up to 99% and the possibility of PIX payment, as well as installment up to 72 times and unification of bills for essential services such as water and light.
The action involves 1,456 companies, covering banks, retailers, internet and telephony brands, securitizers and public service companies, all offering special conditions for debt negotiation.
