German Federal Constitutional Court rejects urgent applications against a billion dollar package

Berlin/Karlsruhe – The German Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe has rejected urgent requests from several Germans members of the Bundestag against the coordination on the right to make a debt and special funds planned by CDU/CSU, SPD and Greens.
