The court of São Paulo made defendants on Monday (17.mar.mar.2025) 6 suspected of being involved in the death of the CCP whistleblower (first command of the capital) Antonio Vinicius Lopes Gritzbach – shot dead at Guarulhos airport in Sao Paulo on November 8, 2024.
The suspects will also be responsible for the death of the app driver Celso Araujo Sampaio de Novais, who was on the scene and was hit by the shots.

In the decision, Judge Celso Araujo Sampaio de Novais, of the Guarulhos Forum, states that there is sufficient evidence of the involvement of the suspects in the crime.

The judge also converted the arrest of the temporary defendants to preventive. Of the 6 accused, 3 are at large. The police are arrested in the Military Prison Romão Gomes.

Gritzbach was a defendant for murder and accused of involvement in money laundering schemes for the CCP criminal organization. Last year, he had signed an award -winning report with the prosecutor, providing the name of people linked to the CCP and also accusing police officers.
