Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) released on Tuesday, 18, the complaint of the coup inquiry against 11 more accused for trial in the first class of the Court. It is now up to Minister Cristiano Zanin, president of the collegiate, to include the case on the judgment agenda. The composition of the first class completes ministers Cármen Lúcia, Flávio Dino and Luiz Fux.
The trials are being dismembered based on the nuclei of action described by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) in the complaint.
The complaint released by Moraes on Tuesday refers to the “nucleus 3”, formed essentially by military personnel who would have joined the coup plan. They are:
