The Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet, sent this Monday (17) a request to Supreme Federal Court (STF) so that the court makes the investigated from the so -called “Police and Military Center” defendants in the case involving a Supposed coup plot.
The action comes after the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) analyzes the prior defense of the so-called “nucleus 3”, mostly composed by military personnel accused of planning the murders of the President of the Republic, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT)do vice-president Geraldo Alckmin and the STF minister and rapporteur of the case, Alexandre de Moraes.

According to Gonet, “The complaint describes in detail the criminal facts and their circumstances, ‘explaining the criminal conduct in the thesis adopted by each of the accused in a comprehensible and individualized manner.
The PGR also denied that there was no full access to the case file for the defense of the accused, and that Minister Alexandre de Moraes “opened all this data to the knowledge of the defense, emphasizing that some were already public.”
