Ukrainian Minister called on Russia for a ceasefire: expects unconditional consent before a key interview

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha on Tuesday called on Russia to agree with a 30-day ceasefire in Ukrainethat designed Washington. He did so before the telephone conversation of Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin with US President Donald Trump, TASR writes according to the AFP report.

“There are a large number of themes in the field of normalization of our relationships and the Ukrainian question that both presidents will discuss,” The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared. “Leaders will speak as long as they will consider it necessary,” he added.

According to Peskov, there is already a leader “some understanding” based on a joint telephone conversation of February 12 and subsequent high -level contacts between countries.
