The city of Rio Branco, through the municipality’s water and sewage service (Saerb), issued a note on the morning of Tuesday (18) informing about the distribution of water in the Acrean capital.
Two new pumps should expand the distribution and water/ photo capacity: Reproduction
According to the note, the total flow of the water treatment stations (ETAs) 1 and 2 reached 1,400 liters per second, with the reinforcement of a third bomb in the capture of ETA 2, but despite this advance, supply in the city should only be normalized within two days.
With the gradual resumption of distribution, the situation is expected to be completely restored in the coming days. Currently, the regions that are already being supplied are the upper part, calafate and Baixada da Sobral.
To ensure more stability to the system and to avoid new problems, SAERB announced that next Tuesday (25) two new bombs will be delivered to ETA 2 water capture, reinforcement that should contribute to the improvement of distribution and reduce the impacts of shortage.
