Very chocolate cookies This is a great proposition for a quick dessert for the whole family – they perfectly match coffee or tea. They have a very intense taste, which is why it is our proposal for the weekend or when you expect guests. Made from time to time, they always delight.
To make this provision, the following ingredients will be needed:
- 230 g of soft butter,
- 200 g of brown sugar,
- 100 g of white sugar,
- 2 eggs (size L),
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract,
- 350 g of wheat flour,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 1½ teaspoon of baking soda,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- 200 g of nut and chocolate cream.
Put a large plate or board with cling film. Apply 20 portions of nut and chocolate cream, forming it in rings. Put in the freezer.
Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In a separate dish Mind the butter to fluff (mixer at high speed). Add both sugars to it and keep up. After a few minutes, add eggs, then vanilla extract. Mix to combine the ingredients.
Add loose products to the mass in batches, mixing the whole with a mixer at low speed. Divide the dough into 20 equal portions and cool in the fridge for at least half an hour. Divide each portion of cooled dough in half. Flatten both pieces and put a frozen cream between them. Zał it tightly with dough. Put the cookies prepared in the fridge for at least an hour.
Heat the oven to 175 ° C. Put the oven baking tray with baking paper and spread cooled cookies on it (or their first batch, if they do not fit all at once).
Put the baking tray to the middle oven level. Bake for 10-15 minutes. After baking, leave the cookies a quarter of an hour on the baking tray, then move to cooling completely.
