The agency for integration, migrations and asylum (AIMA) informed the judicial authorities that a thousand of foreign citizens are registered in the same addresses.
In recent weeks, the existence of many cases of addresses where dozens of people are registered.
These cases became evident after AIMA notified “all more than 440,000 citizens who had recorded demonstrations of interest and were waiting for a state response for several years.”
Of this total, about 170,000 foreign citizens paid fees to follow up on the process, so AIMA has sent, by means of a registered letter, an extinction notification corresponding to each of the proceedings in question, as required by law.
