The procedure
Heat 30 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan. Add half a pound of frozen sliced onions and two thoroughly washed, sliced leeks. While stirring so that it does not catch, bake for 5 to 6 minutes on the middle heat. You may need more oil, do not hesitate to add a drop.
Add mushrooms

Caramelization
Then mix 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. And only now reduce the flame. Allow the mixture to caramelize for 15 minutes with occasional stirring.
