“But if you lose, you give me a PFC belt to me and one for my champion and invest $ 20 million in the PFC. So you will help me turn the oldest combat sport in the world and PFC in another world success and also be the much more valuable title,” said Williams.

What is Pillow Fight?
Created in Florida (USA) in 2018, the Pillow Fight Championship (PFC) transformed the classic “pillow wars” of childhood into a professional sport.
Unlike traditional martial arts, fighters use special pillows instead of gloves, incorporating elements of jiu-jitsu, MMA and Muay Thai in a competitive combat.
The fights happen within an appropriate ring, octagon or platform, with rigid rules and awards for the winners. The proposal of the event is to offer a show that combines strategy and entertainment, without the extreme violence of other modalities of combat. “Fighters don’t like to have their bones broken, and there are a lot of people who don’t want to see blood, but a good competition,” explains Steve Williams, CEO of the organization.
In 2025, the PFC confirmed three events: the Arnold Sports Festival, held in February, Charleston Riverdogs Fight Night on April 19 and the return to Mr. Olympia on October 20 in Sao Paulo.
