The ketogenic diet is based primarily on products rich in fat and protein. It will also include a place in addition to vegetables that have a low glycemic index. The basis of the recipe for keto is a salad Cauliflower, broccoli and red pepper, which in combination with eggs, grated yellow cheese and cream-glaze They create a filling dish with the sauce. Keto cauliflower salad You can eat yourself, for example as lunch or dinner, or serve to dinner next to a piece of meat or fish. You can also put it on a party table.
You will need: to prepare the keto salad:
- half cauliflower,
- half a broccoli,
- 4 eggs,
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 red onion,
- 60 g of grated cheese.
Sos:
- 2 tablespoons of cream 18 percent,
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 1 teaspoon of Sarep mustard,
- several branches of parsley,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- Salt and pepper.
Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into roses. Cook steamed or in salted water for about 5 minutes so that they are still elastic. Strain and cool. Hardly boil the eggs, then pour cold water, peel and cut into cubes.
Cut the peppers into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion into thin feathers or small cubes. Grate the cheese on a thick grater. Mix cream, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl. Add garlic squeezed through Prague and chopped parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, broccoli, eggs, peppers and onions. Add grated cheese and prepared sauce, then mix gently.
