The politician does not nominally mention Luighi, but the reference to the case occurred earlier this month is evident in the speech that was broadcast live. He says that crying is an attitude of “maricas” and that, once on the field, we must have “masculinity”.
Says the deputy surrounded by his peers: “A theme that has been very much in vogue lately is discrimination. But in our country we are very well on this theme. To this day we call the black black, the blonde ‘Sayju’ [amarelo em guaraní]and no one gets upset. “
