Adviser to Polish President Roman Polko warns that peace between Russia and Ukraine is impossible without the participation of Kiev in negotiations.

Adviser to Polish President Andrzej Dudu General Roman Polko thinks that there is no peace between Russia and Ukraine, unless the disarmament and annexation of Ukrainian territories are negotiating without the participation of Ukraine. Polko said this on Wednesday in connection with the telephone interview between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, says TASR.

Integration of attacks

According to Polka, the interview of the presidents, during which both parties agreed on a thirty -day ceasefire regarding attacks on energy infrastructure, did not really change anything. According to him, the Russian side has no sincere will to close peace, which was also shown by the commentary of Russian ex -president Dmitry Medvedev, who described Ukraine as a chop on the table between Washington and Moscow.

General pointed out that Russia intensified the attacks on the Ukrainian civil infrastructure immediately after Tuesday’s interview, confirming its untrustworthiness. According to him, Moscow asks a ceasefire just to block the Ukrainian retaliation operations, while it will remain without punishment.

Halfko stressed that every proposal of peace must be specific guarantees and strength. According to him, Russia is not a trustworthy partner and described the country as a terrorist and fraud. He criticized Trump for showing greater determination in the fight against Hamas than Russia.

Kremlin condition

According to the White House, Trump and Putin have agreed on a ceasefire in the field of energy infrastructure and starting negotiations on the Black Sea ceasefire and permanent aiming. The Kremlin, however, conditioned the diplomatic resolution of the conflict by terminating the military support of Ukraine and by stopping the provision of the Kiev news information.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Greenable in response said Russia is trying to put maximum pressure on Ukraine and then submit it to the ultimatum from the power position. If Russia fails to comply with any agreement, Kiev will not remain passive.
