After this time, add curd crushed to the mass with a fork. Mix the whole until the ingredients are combined.

Transfer the mass into a cake and leave it for a few minutes. At this time, we make crumble: dice the cold butter, add flour and sugar to it. We knead everything with our fingers so that crumbs are formed. Sprinkle with yeast dough.

At the end We put the dough in the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius. We bake them for about 45 minutes.
