In an interview with GE’s Open Aspas program, André Cury said clubs from England, Italy and Spain contacted showing interest in the attacker in the last transfer window.
According to the businessman, the player received a proposal of 30 million euros (about $ 186 million, in the current price). Despite the high value, Yuri decided to stay at Corinthians.

We have had proposal from Wolverhampton, West Ham, Betis, Spain, we had from Italy and never happened. But the player is young, every player in South America thinks about playing in Europe and, with Yuri, is no different. If he has a good opportunity for him and the club, we will talk,” he said.
