The minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), marked to April 29 the judgment to receive the complaint against the core allegedly responsible for preparing actions to make it possible.
This is the second of the five groups denounced by (Attorney General’s Office) for articulation by a coup after the president’s victory in the electoral dispute.
The accused in this nucleus São Silvinei Vasques (former PRF chief), Marília Ferreira Alencar (former head chief of the Ministry of Justice), Fernando de Sousa Oliveira (former director of operations of the Ministry of Justice), Mario Fernandes (reserve general author of the Green and Yellow Plan), Marcelo Costa Câmara (former advisor to Jair Bolsonaro) and Filipe Martins (former Assessor of Bolsonaro).
The trial will be made in the first class of the Supreme. The Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet, defended on Tuesday (18) the receipt of the complaint against the six after all presented prior defense to the accusations.
At this stage, the Supreme analyzes formal aspects to decide whether to receive or reject the complaint. The accused become defendants if the ministers decide to accept the accusations, and criminal actions are open to the beginning of the process instruction.
In addition to this core, two other groups reported by the coup plot already have a date for trial in the first class. The central nucleus, formed by former President Jair Bolsonaro and seven others, will be tried on March 25 and 26.
The other scheduled date group is the military nucleus, which is part of General Estevam Theophilo, ten officers and a federal police. The complaint against them must be received on a trial scheduled for April 8 and 9.
