Around 500 cultural workers protested against cultural policy in Graz

Graz – The Styrian cultural scene has heard after the comprehensive changeover of the cultural board of directors in the country and the first cuts or deletions of grants on Thursday evening at a rally in Graz. Under the title “Kulturlandretten”, an estimated 500 women and men were marched from the European Platz to Graz Hauptplatz and protested loudly against the latest measures. It had not occurred to coarser incidents.
