The Union would have Ceará, Goiás, Amazonas, Bahia, Amapá, Mato Grosso, Pará, Rio Grande do Norte and Rondônia.
The federation requires parties to remain together for four years. The TSE (Superior Electoral Court) provides that the federation that has registered statute in the Court until six months before the claim may participate in the elections.
