This is one of the salads that are great for a party. Not only does it taste delicious, it still looks great. Salad It must appear on your table – the upcoming Easter will be a good opportunity.

  • 4 potatoes,
  • 3 carrots,
  • 5 eggs,
  • 2 cans of tuna in own sauce,
  • 100 g of cheese,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 200 g majonezu,
  • 100 g of natural yogurt,
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
  • salt, pepper to taste,
  • Several branches of parsley (for decoration).

Screw potatoes and carrots (do not peel). Cook until tender in lightly salted water (cook for about 30 minutes after boiling water). Strain and set aside to cool.

Heat the eggs to room temperaturepour water in a saucepan and boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes from the moment the water concludes. Peel still warm eggs and set aside to cool.

Peel the root vegetables and grate the grater on large mesh.

Separate egg protein from yolks. Grate the proteins on large grater and yolks – on small ones.

Strain the tuna from the pickle. Grate yellow cheese on small grater mesh. Peel and chop the onion finely.

Combine mayonnaise with yogurt and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare a large, glass (transparent) bowl. Place all ingredients in it with layers.

You can also separate individual ingredients into two layers (e.g. arrange a carrot twice) – make the salad is colorful and looks effective in a bowl. Transfer each layer with a layer of sauce. You can also sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

Regardless of the order of laying the ingredients, finally leave the most decorative yolks. Put them on the top of the salad and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Before serving, decorate with chopped parsley.
