Management () evaluates appointing former councilor Adilson Amadeu for a position at the Municipal Secretariat of Institutional Relations, in an attempt to strengthen the relationship with the City Council.
Alderman for 20 years, between 2004 and 2024, Amadeu is currently alternate in the House and would play a role of deputy secretary. The idea is that he acts next to the chief of the portfolio, Alexandre Leite (Union), but focusing on the legislature’s performance.
The Milk Advisory, son of former Mayor Milton Leite, but does not confirm the possibility of the appointment of Adilson.
“The administrative structure of the Special Secretariat of Institutional Relations does not have the position of deputy secretary,” says the advisory note. The function can be created with a bill to the House.
In the beginning of the legislature, Nunes has faced difficulties to bring together parties councilors of his own base around his proposals.
