Three servants of the (Superior Court of Justice) investigated by the Court continue to receive salaries of up to R $ 36 thousand per month, according to paychecks for January to February.
Two of them were removed from their public functions in November 2024 by decision of the Minister, (Supreme Federal Court), which authorized Operation Sisamnes.
The servers also respond to administrative proceedings or investigative investigations open in the STJ between August and October 2024.
One of the employees is Daimler Alberto de Campos, who held the position of Chief of Staff of Minister Isabel Galotti. He received a salary of $ 35.5 thousand in February.
The amount included benefits such as R $ 10,000 for holding a trust or commission position, R $ 1,200 in indemnities and R $ 961 in personal advantages.
In the previous month, the remuneration was R $ 33,300, including R $ 9,400 for commission office, another R $ 988 in indemnities and R $ 961 in personal advantages.

The conversations, on January 2, 2020, took place between lawyer Roberto Zampieri, victim of December 2023 in Mato Grosso, and businessman Andreson de Oliveira Gonçalves, who was arrested during the operation.
Zanin stressed that the procedural movements confirmed that, in fact, Daimler actively participated in the internal processing of actions of interest to the investigated.
Questioned by Sheetthe STJ reported that the employee was dismissed from office on February 25, a few days after the first question on the subject made by the report. He and other servers will continue to receive their base salaries without reliable additional.
Another target investigation official is Márcio José Toledo Pinto, housed in the office of Minister Nancy Andrighi at the time of investigations. He was removed from the court by decision of the Supreme Court and has an administrative proceeding open at the STJ in October 2024.
The deadline of 120 days of the penalty was reached on February 4. The STJ reported that it was also administratively removed and that, since August, has not been working on Nancy’s office anymore.
Still, in January, he received R $ 22,700 of remuneration, which included additional R $ 2,400 in compensation and R $ 6,700 in bonuses. In February, it earned R $ 16,700, including R $ 2,400 in compensation.
Toledo Pinto’s participation is quoted in the same investigated dialogue in August 2023, when Zampieri asked Andreson to send him documents that, according to the National Council of Justice, would be two decisions of Nancy Andrighi’s rapporteur actions.
For Zanin, the case records point to a wide participation of the server in the movements of both processes, “with alteration and exclusion of internal drafts within minutes, making visualization unfeasible by others.”
The report of the Standing Syndication Committee instituted by the STJ also pointed to evidence against the server and concluded that there was at least an anticipation of privileged information.
“The evidence revealed so far qualify as sufficient to allow the deepening of investigations as to the narrated involvement of Márcio José Toledo Pinto in the criminal contract,” the minister wrote.
The third employee cited in PF investigations is Waleska Bertolini Vieira Mussalem, who until January was in the office of Minister Moura Ribeiro.
In January, she received a salary of $ 36.1 thousand, including $ 12,000 due to the advance of Christmas bonus and $ 2,100 for trust position. In February, she received $ 25,500, including $ 2,300 for trust or commission position.
Waleska was not the target of the operation or removed from office by decision of the Supreme Court. However, she responds to an administrative proceeding in the STJ and was even dismissed by the court for 120 days, which ended on February 21.
According to the STJ, Waleska was waived from the function of trust on February 26 and is now crowded at the Court Library.
In his decision, Zanin also banned Daimler Alberto de Campos and Márcio José Toledo Pinto access to STJ headquarters and his procedural systems, as well as contact between them and blocking financial assets in the country.
The STJ’s advisory stated that the servers continue to receive salaries because they continue to hold their effective positions, as administrative proceedings are still underway.
He also said that preventive administrative removal is paid and that, in these cases, the judicial removal also guaranteed the maintenance of the remuneration.
“Therefore, only in case of future administrative and/or judicial decision with the penalty of dismissal of office does a server fail to notice the remuneration,” he said.
The agency also said that Márcio José Toledo Pinto and Daimler Alberto are not carrying out any activity of their positions in the STJ.
Sought, Minister Nancy Andrighi’s office replied that Toledo Pinto has been a servant of the court’s effective staff for over 20 years and, “as soon as the supposed criminal facts were reported, the employee was summarily dismissed from the cabinet, in which he remained for a little more than a year.”
“Since then, I have made my cabinet available to contribute to the investigation, which is being carried out by the STJ and the other authorities, so that the matter is clarified and those involved in an exemplary manner,” said the minister.
Gallotti and Moura accompanied the institutional response of the STJ. The report was unable to contact the servers mentioned in the investigations.
