Homemade casserole with chicken and vegetables This is a great dinner for weekdays for the whole family. You can also successfully add other ingredients that you have in the fridge. However, there must be aromatic spices such as garlic or rosemary, which is a key ingredient here.
This dish is one of those that you prepare in just one dish.
You will need the following ingredients to make this recipe:
- 6 chicken leg with bone and skin,
- 750 G Brukselki,
- 500 g of young potatoes,
- 200 g carrots,
- 100 g of white onion,
- 50 g of Salotek,
- 50 ml of olive oil,
- lemon juice,
- 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic,
- 1 teaspoon rosemary,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- lemon juice for pouvan.
Clean the Brussels sprouts from the top leaves and cut off the cores. Divide larger pieces into half, leave smaller ones.
Wash the potatoes well and clean the dirt. You don’t have to peel them, but it depends on your culinary preferences.
Cut the onions and shallots into feathers and slices.
Wash the chicken and dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Add all vegetables and meat. Mix everything well.
Grease the baking tray with additional fat or put in aluminum foil. At the bottom, place the chicken legs evenly, then scatter the vegetables around.
Insert into the furnace set on 220 degrees Celsius and bake the dish for 30-35 minutes, for nice browning and baking meat.
Take the homemade casserole out of the oven and serve warm, preferably with a few tablespoons of lemon juice.
